Download available artifacts
The Artifacts tab of a run lists the files it produced, with Name, Size and when it Expires. Save… asks where to save it and downloads it there, as the provider stores it; a zip is saved as a zip and GitTree does not open it.
Needs GitTree Pro or a running trial; Free keeps every local Git feature. Compare the plans.

Steps
Open Artifacts
Open the run and select Artifacts.
Save one
Press Save… on the artifact and choose where to save it. GitTree shows the progress; Cancel stops it.
Use the file
GitTree says Artifact saved. Open the folder you chose; a zip artifact is saved as a zip file.
Expected result
The artifact is on your computer where you chose.
If something goes wrong
“This artifact has expired on …; nothing was saved.”
The provider deleted it after its retention period. Re-run the workflow to produce it again.
“This artifact cannot be downloaded here.”
The provider offers it only on its own page: open the run there.
Questions
Is there a size limit?
Yes: an artifact larger than 4 GiB is not saved; download it from the provider’s page.
