The app

The GitTree app for macOS, Windows and Linux is downloaded from the Download page of this website, free of charge, and installed on your own computer. The app asks you to sign in with a GitTree account, created free on this website; the Free plan needs no payment.

Paid plans

Pro and Pro for teams are delivered to your GitTree account. Access starts as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment, normally right after you complete checkout. Sign in to the app with the same account and the Pro features unlock; members of an organization get Pro through its seats.

Your account shows the purchased period, its start and end dates and a receipt you can print. We also e-mail you when a period is scheduled and when it starts.

If your access does not arrive

If your payment went through but Pro is not active within an hour, contact us with the time of the payment and the e-mail address of your GitTree account. A payment that fails or that you cancel on the payment page grants no access.

Where GitTree is available

GitTree is sold online. The Pricing page shows the plans and their prices for the country you are in.
