Reply to and track tickets

Support lists your tickets with their status: Waiting for support, Support replied or Closed, and the last activity. Open one to read the Conversation, write Your reply and press Send reply. Close ticket when you are done; replying later reopens it. The link in every support email opens the same ticket.

Before you start

Where to find it

  • Dashboard › Support; the link in a support email.

Steps

  1. Find answered tickets

In Support, tickets marked Support replied are highlighted. Show more tickets lists older ones.

  2. Reply

Open the ticket, write Your reply and press Send reply. We reply here and by email.

  3. Close it

When your question is answered, press Close ticket and confirm. You can still reply later: that reopens it.

Expected result

Each question has its own conversation, and you see where it stands.

If something goes wrong

“This conversation is full. Open a new ticket to continue.”

Press Open a new ticket and mention the old ticket’s reference.

“You have sent many replies in the last hour.”

Wait a little before sending another.

Questions

Is the reply formatted?

No. Tickets are plain text, shown exactly as written.
