Manage a personal subscription

Subscription shows your Current plan and its state (such as Trial, Active or Active, ending), when the trial or period ends, Where your Pro comes from, Automatic renewal, your Billing contact, Billing documents and History. Nothing renews by itself: when a period ends, access ends unless you buy another.

Before you start

  • You are signed in.

Where to find it

  • Dashboard › Subscription.

Steps

  1. Read your plan

At the top, the card says You’re on the Free plan, your free trial, or You’re subscribed to …, with the days left and the end date.

  2. Set the billing contact

Under Billing contact, add the Name, Billing email, Company, two-letter Country code and Tax ID you want on your documents. They are optional.

  3. Check the history

History lists events such as Trial started, Month started, Canceled and Payment refunded, with who did them.

Expected result

You know what you have, until when, and where every change came from.

Renewal

Automatic renewal is not available: every period is bought by you. When it ends, the page offers Resubscribe (Cancel, resume or resubscribe).

If something goes wrong

“A subscription is already running or a month is already scheduled, so nothing was changed.”

You already have a period running or scheduled. Wait for it to end, or manage it here.

Questions

Can I schedule the next period early?

During a trial, yes: the purchased period starts when the trial ends.
