Resolve a checkout or access problem

Billing errors say what happened and, almost always, that nothing was charged or changed. The usual fix is to review the fresh quote, add a seat, wait a moment and try again, or check the payment’s status before paying again.

Questions

Was I charged?

When a message says nothing was charged, nothing was. Otherwise, check the payment status and your billing documents.
