Manage invitations

Pending invitations lists each open invitation with the Invitee (or Invite link), Role, when it Expires and, for links, its Uses. Revoke stops one working immediately; people who already joined stay in the organization.

Before you start

  • You are an owner or admin of the organization.

Where to find it

  • The organization’s Invitations page › Pending invitations.

Steps

  1. Open Pending invitations

    Open the organization’s Invitations page.

  2. Review each one

    Check the invitee, role, expiry and how many times a link was used, such as 2 of 10.

  3. Revoke what should stop

    Press Revoke and confirm Revoke this invitation?. Its seat becomes free.

Expected result

Only the invitations you still want can be used.

If something goes wrong

You need to send an invitation again

Revoke the pending one, then invite the person again (Invite members).

Questions

Can I see an invite link again?

No. A link is shown only once, when it is created. If it is lost, revoke it and create a new one.
