Find receipts and billing documents
Billing documents records subscription periods, seat changes, discounts and confirmed payments. Each shows its Number, Issued date, Period, Total and Status: No payment due, Open, Paid, Refunded or Void. View opens the document; the price shown and the amount charged appear as on your checkout.
Done on gittree.app with your GitTree account, the same one you sign in to the app with.

Before you start
- You are signed in. For an organization’s documents, you are its owner or admin.
Where to find it
- Dashboard › Subscription › Billing documents (or the organization’s Billing).
Steps
Open Billing documents
In Subscription, scroll to Billing documents. Show more lists older ones.
Open one
Press View. The document shows the period, the price, any discount and its payment status.
Put your details on it
To show your company or tax ID, fill Billing contact first (Manage a subscription).
Expected result
You have the document for every period and payment.
If something goes wrong
A document says Refunded or Void
That payment was refunded or voided, and the access it bought has ended.
Questions
Why does a document show two amounts?
It shows the price in your display currency and, as a separate line, the amount the payment provider charged.
