Accept an organization invitation
An invitation link opens Join … on GitTree, with the role you are invited as and when it expires. Sign in (or create an account) and you come back to it; press Accept invitation. Invitations sent to your GitHub username or email also wait under Invitations for you on your dashboard.
Done on gittree.app with your GitTree account, the same one you sign in to the app with.

Steps
Open the invitation
Open the link from the email or from the person who invited you.
Sign in with the right account
Press Sign in to accept, or Create an account. For an email invitation, use the account with that verified address; for a GitHub username, sign in with that GitHub account.
Accept
Press Accept invitation. GitTree says Welcome to …!; Open organization takes you there.
Expected result
You are a member of the organization with the role you were invited as.
If something goes wrong
“This invitation has expired, was revoked or has been used up.”
Ask an owner or admin for a new invitation.
“This invitation link is not valid.”
Check that you copied all of it, or ask for a new one.

Can I decline?
Yes: Decline under Invitations for you. Nothing is shared with the organization until you accept.
